He doesn't hate you, he is just getting attention from your parents. The reason why you hate him is probably because he is getting more attention than you so you hate him to get the same amount of attention as him.

You hate him for no reason? If you hate someone for no reason then there must be some hidden reasons. You are most likely jealous of him. If you don't want any attention and if you are going to hate anyone in this world then why would you hate your siblings?

Your brother does not need attention but you still hate him even though he doesn't need it. It doesn't matter who needs attention or not, you should never hate anyone if they don't need it.
