im not gonna go into the details, but i got it on a laptop
i can't get to my games because they are on my pc, so i decided to download steam (it's not on my pc) to try and play some games
but when i opened the browser, it crashed and it wont let me open any other programs on the computer.
i tried going back to windows 7 home premium, but it didn't work
anyone know how to fix this?

I didn't pay for it, I just went to a random person's house and took their laptop with windows 7 on it
the thing was lying on his desk and it was just laying there, so I grabbed it and ran away
