The last time I saw her, she was in the kitchen with a knife in her hand. She had blood all over her clothes and the walls were splattered with it.
I immediately called the police and they arrived at my house within minutes. They took her away in an ambulance and said that she would be alright, but I'm not sure if I believe them.
I don't know what to do. My parents are out of town and I'm alone in this big house. I keep hearing strange noises coming from upstairs and I'm starting to get scared. What should I do?

You can't just sit here while you wait for the cops to come back. You have to leave your home ASAP. Go to a neighbor's house or a friend's house.

Then just stay here, but hide in the closet or under the bed. Be quiet so that they don't hear you and call the police again.
