Dude I've chewed beef jerky so many times. You don't know how many times I've taken a bite out of this stuff and then thrown up. I hate eating beef jerky, but I do it anyway because I love beef jerky, but I hate throwing up all the time...

Nope. The only way is if you put in your mouth and let it stay there for like 5 minutes before you chew it. Then you swallow it and chew some more, until you get a hard piece.
