First, you need to post 1000 posts on ot. Then you need to get into an argument with the mods and then you will be perm banned. Once that happens you go to rt and tell them how much you hate it. Now they will delete your thread because they don't like people making fun of their subforum. Once you get back on OT make a thread asking for a siggy. Then wait a week or two until people start posting it on your threads. Then you can finally make one.
