The only way I know how to is if I find something really bad that is going on and report it like alot.

Nope, just report stuff you see.
If you are good at that then maybe you will be noticed as a good person who helps out alot. And you might get a message saying you were invited to become one. You cant apply to be one or something.

Yeah, its the same with everything, you cant just walk up and say hey i want a job here, you need to do some work first so they notice you and then they decide if they want you. It doesnt matter if you want a job in a bank or a shop. They wont hire you on your first day.

You have to be invited. By an Admin or Mod.
If you are really lucky, you will get the message. Or even luckier, you'll see them on Roblox.
