I told the nurse that I needed to ask about something.
She said, "You have to wait until your doctor."
So I said, "Well, how long do you think it'll take for me to get in with him?"
And she said, "We usually try to get people in within 30 minutes or so."
So then I said, "How about now?"
And she said, "We're really busy right now. You can go next."
So I got up and sat down in another chair and waited for a minute or two until this other nurse came by. So I asked her how long it would be before I could see my doctor again.
And she said, "About 15 to 20 minutes."
I was like, "Cool, thanks," and went back to where I had originally been sitting and continued to wait.
Then when the first nurse came by, she saw me and said, "Oh, I didn't know you'd decided to leave."
I replied, "What's up?"
