It's usually blind lol, but sometimes there are people who make threads about usernames on a regular basis and then try to be helpful

sometimes people will say something along the lines of "you should change your username"
but i have a feeling that's just more for new players.

the other day i was playing tf2 with a friend and this random guy came into our server and was like "you have a cool name" then he left
i honestly felt pretty good when he said that

the only time i ever get annoyed about usernames is when they start being cringy
like, if someone called themselves something along the lines of "shrek"
that would be extremely annoying and i wouldn't be able to stand it
