It's not just because they are busy, but because there is no point for them to be here.
S&I would do better if the mod staff actually participated on it. It'd get more threads and attention that way.

True..
That being said though, I don't see why the staff needs to participate when most of the time all it does is make the place worse by adding drama with their stupid jokes.
The only thing I wish is that they didn't abuse their admin powers by banning people over little stuff like personal opinions, which honestly just makes everything look bad for both sides involved.
