If someone says that to me in front of others, then I'd laugh at them and say "Lol" to myself. If they continue to harass me, then I'll just walk away and leave them behind.
It's like those idiots who make fun of people with autism. If you harass them enough, they get depressed, and sometimes even take their own life.
You really shouldn't be bullying someone for being different.
And also, if someone is doing something stupid, why would you want to spend your time arguing about it?
Just move on.
