I was playing a game on ROBLOX in a group, and then my friend who I really wanted to chat with disappeared. I don't know if it's just me, but she doesn't have a 'ROBLOX' option anymore when I right click on her profile name.
I'm not sure if it's just me or what.
Does anyone else have this problem?

It's probably because you're in-game. If that's the case, just leave the game so you can click "message".
