I saw a girl. She had a small butt and nice abs. I stared at her. Then she looked at me and then looked away.
I got embarrassed so I turned around.
Then I noticed a guy looking at me. I looked back and he ran away..

Well, in my case when I got stared by people like that, I just stare back at them, and then walk away. If they try to talk to me I give them the same look as I gave to whoever was staring. Then I go on about my business. I do that even with people who already know me. The thing is, I don't really care about other people's opinions.
