Oh yeah! I forgot to mention, if you can't get in touch with the Roblox Staff (Telamon, Builderman, etc.), then I suggest you try emailing them.

Okay, so, if the problem is with your computer/laptop, and not ROBLOX, then maybe it's your Internet connection that's the problem. Go on the Internet and see if you can connect there. If you can, but not on Roblox, then the problem is probably your connection to the Internet.

Okay, so, if none of these ideas work, then I'm afraid you will have to wait for a ROBLOX update (which might not fix anything). So, if it's not the Internet or your computer/laptop, then it's probably ROBLOX that has the problem.

Okay, so here's how you fix your problem:
Go to Internet Options in your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
Click on Tools, then click Internet Options.
Click the Connections tab.
Click LAN Settings.
Check "Automatically detect settings".
Click OK and close out.
