I don't get it, i see a lot of guys on OT and I don't see them afraid of girls.
It's probably the fact that most girls don't post here. I'm pretty sure if there were more girls on OT, you would be just fine.

you can always just ask them out.
if they say no, then just move on to another person until you find one that likes you back
