You cannot get a card online, for that you must go to Gamestop or Wal-mart.
And if someone steals your account when you have the card it's pointless because once you have the card you'll receive another one, and so on...

It could be better. You can only use one code at a time. That way, people can't steal your accounts and take all your ROBUX before you use up the entire card.

If you buy a new one (Or more than one) before you use up the rest on any card, you can put your ROBUX from that card into the other card.
