i just got a new phone and it's so slow compared to my old one.
it takes like 5 seconds for the screen to even load after I unlock it, and that's just the homescreen.
opening up an app can take up to 30 seconds and sometimes it'll freeze right when I open it.
and before you say anything about me getting a better one, it's not about the money. I'm perfectly fine with having a basic smartphone, but this one is too slow for even that.
i don't know if it's just the phone or if this is how they all work now.

I would recommend getting a better phone, but sadly, you'll have to live with it.
If you're talking about a Samsung, it's very common, since it has the lowest specifications for a phone.

@1
is it common on other brands as well?
also, i haven't tried any games or anything because of how slow it is. i really should try to get a better one.
