I have all the SM64 roms, but none of them have the water level.
It's too hard to get that water level, and even if I did get it, I wouldn't be able to transfer it over to my emulators.

Well, I could download SM64 and use the water level in an emulator, but when I put it on my SD card, the SD card will have a corrupted file, so I won't be able to use it.

Darnit, I think I got the right idea...
Just keep all your emulators on one computer and transfer roms over using a USB cable?

My DS uses microSD cards. The microSD cards can only hold 1 game, so I can't put SM64 on there without erasing either of the other 2 games I've got.
