They are always playing music and its so loud it can be heard through all our doors, they always have parties that last till 2 AM and people yelling in the street. And to top it off, the house next to them is empty with no owner.

I've had worse.
My neighbor's dog barks like crazy.
And my other neighbor likes to do this weird breathing thing all the time, he sounds like a dying horse or something.

They probably just play their music loud to cover up the noise from their party.

I'm lucky I don't have any neighbors. Well, not on my side anyway.
I don't care if you're 4 or 40, it's never too late to go outside!
