If you're just getting into the forum, there are some rules you should know. If you follow them, people will like you more and you'll get more replies to your threads.
1: Don't post spam. Spam is off-topic. It's something that nobody wants to hear about. Don't do it.
2: Respect other people. This is very important. Don't insult anybody. I mean it. No matter what they say or do, don't insult them back. Just report it. If somebody is being mean, don't start flaming them. Report them, and let the mods handle it.
3: When someone asks you something, answer it. But don't just say "I don't know" or "No". Try to give an accurate answer. If you don't know, say so. Don't lie. Also, when people post in your thread, reply to them. Even if they say something mean, still reply to them, and try not to fight with them. Again, report them if they are being too rude.
4: Don't double-post. If you have a new post after the one you just made, edit it instead of making a new one. Nobody likes having to go through tons of pages to find the most recent stuff.
5: If you want to post something that isn't really related to ROBLOX, post it on Movies/Books/TV/Entertainment (or Music), Off Topic, or Role-Playing. Do not post it in Clans & Guilds, Help, Let's Make A Deal, Building Helpers, Look What I Made, Scripting Helpers, or All Things ROBLOX. Those forums are for ROBLOX-related things only.
6: If you're going to make a funny post, make sure that it's actually funny. Or clever. Just make sure that it's good, and it's not just another dumb joke.
7: DON'T POST ANTS. They're annoying and nobody wants to see them.
8: Don't say "bump". There is a little button at the bottom that says "Post Reply". Click that when you want to post again. It's the same thing as bumping, but it doesn't look like spam.
9: Don't beg for people to play your game or come to your place. Nobody will want to if you do that. If you want people to go there, advertise in the right way. And don't bump your threads saying "PLZ COM 2 MAH PLAC IT KWL". People hate that.
10: Have fun! That's what we're here for.

How do you know if something is spam or not? If I say "I'm going to the store" is that spam?
