I don't know what beef stew is.
Is it the meat of the cow's stomach or something?
Also, I hate eating food that is too hard to chew.

It's meat cut into pieces and put in a stew. Beef Stew isn't exactly what you'd call healthy either. It has potatoes and carrots in it as well.

Beef Stew is good to eat but you wouldn't want to eat it all day, every day.
