It is about a guy who likes to eat his own flesh. This is what he says in the video:
"Who am i? Im nobody, i have no family, i have nothing. Im just another person you see on the street. Just like you. But one thing sets me apart from everyone else. Im sick. I dont eat food. Im sick because I have a disease called "Bulimia". And since I was a child, I was always being picked on for being fat. When I was 13 years old I started my first diet. It worked at first but then all of a sudden I stopped caring. I never felt as if I had the willpower or strength to stay away from food so that's when it all started. It started with me vomiting after every meal. Then it progressed until I was doing it after each snack. Until one day, I just couldn't stop myself. I realized I wasn't going to be able to control the way I ate anymore. So I decided to make a plan. A plan to live forever. I'm going to die by starvation. Because in my mind, death is better than being obese"

I've decided to watch this video, because I thought it would be interesting.
But I didn't know how disturbing it actually is.
After watching this video, I got really scared.
He looks like an innocent man, who is just trying to live life without any problems.
But the truth is, he has a mental disease, which makes him think that dying by starvation is more better than being obese.
I have no idea why I watched this video.
If I were you, I wouldn't watch it.
