i was at the park and there was this kid who said he was going to kill me then he went on to say his mom did it and he would do it to me as well
now what should i do?

when you see him again, get outta there and run somewhere where he cant find you. Tell him you are calling the police.

You may want to move to a new neighborhood too. If he can threaten to kill you like that, he might be capable of doing it.
