2. State the game and why it's worth playing in your first post.
"Let's play some Super Mario 64!"
3. Post links to screenshots of the game(s) you want to play, so people are more inclined to join.
4. If necessary, add a few lines to convince us that it is fun.
5. Play.
6. Repeat as necessary.

The title of your thread is how to make a good OT party, but step five is play.
Step five is a command, it doesn't make sense in a step.
