That's a very good point. If we were to talk about any of the OT sections, then they would be relevant, and thus not off-topic. Therefore, it seems like Off-Topic is a paradox; it must exist, because if it didn't, then it wouldn't be off-topic, so it exists and it doesn't, which means it does exist and it doesn't exist at the same time. If you could please clarify, I'd be grateful.
