It helps if you have some sort of weight bench in your garage or something.
I go to my school's gym after classes to do bench press and stuff.

I can't because I was banned for 3 days for hitting this kid and he went to the school to complain about it.
So now if I go there, they'll just think I'm going to start trouble again and they'll kick me out or something...

It probably won't happen until after the punishment is lifted.

Maybe talk to someone that works at the school.
Ask what time you can get there.
Even if they say you cannot, you can still sneak in.
