when people use "literally" incorrectly
if you're not using it to mean literally, then don't use it at all. just because it's slang doesn't mean you can use it however you want
literally means in a literal sense, or literally = physically.
if you're trying to express sarcasm, exaggerate something, or something of the sort, you need to use another word like "figuratively"
literally isn't for figurative usage or anything of the sort
it's for things that are physically happening and so on.
