I've been paying it for nearly two years now, and I haven't seen anything come out of it. What's more, I can't think of a single thing I have wanted to buy on ROBLOX that would require OBC.
It's a waste of money, I'm sorry to say.

Oh, and I don't think the BC is worth it either. It's only really useful if you want to make a place with friends, and that's pretty much the only use I can think of.

the only way you can get it is if you sell hats which are really expensive
