He is 8 years older than me, and we don't talk much. We aren't exactly best friends or anything, but when we do talk it's like we have this unspoken connection where we can just tell each other things without even having to say anything.
I can just look at him and he knows what I'm thinking (I know that sounds weird but it's really the truth), and then I can tell him something I don't really feel comfortable telling anyone else because he's one of those people who will understand my problems even if they are similar.
Sometimes I wish I had a closer relationship with him because I can really relate to him and he does the same for me.

My dad is not the type of person to be very open about his feelings; you'd have to pry them out of him. He's also very strict so I don't think he would approve of my current lifestyle so I wouldn't be able to talk to him about most stuff.
