1. buy a new acc
2. make it the same name as your hacked acc
3. get out there and spam "HACKED ACC NAME BACK" on the forums, games, etc.
4. wait a day or two, then check if your hacked acc got deleted by a moderator for spamming, or if it's been reactivated for you
