So what is the best way to ask her out?
I'm going to be honest, I've never asked a girl out before and I don't want to mess this up.
She's really cute and pretty nice too.

depends on her personality
if she is shy then maybe try asking her if she'd like to go on a picnic or something
or if she is more outgoing then just try talking to her about how you feel, and see where it goes

no but the thing is that once you ask someone out, they might reject you and that can be seen as harassment so it's best not to even ask someone out
