The other guy has to pick a card from his hand with that creature on it, and play that card out.

Pokemon is an anime series about creatures who can beat up other creatures. Also they are sometimes used for some type of energy source in the future.

Also there is a card game for pokemon with those creatures on them. Sometimes people use their pokemon to fight eachother.
