Someone always comes up and says "Then don't listen to it!" or some variation on that.
It's like saying "I don't like the sun" then having people say "Well then don't look at it! It's your fault for going outside!"

It's possible to invent technology that could create a band of the sun, so no matter how you put it, if the sun were to be invented as a band, it would be one.
