That's why I need a good instrument. A really expensive guitar. That way I won't be able to afford it and then they'll choose me over the person who has had 10 years of experience.

yeah and you'll end up with a sore wrist after one hour of practicing and never want to touch them again
also most people who play metalcore like to play their instrument as hard as possible
so yeah they'll probably kick you out before your first show
