He is a 26 year old man, and he has been dating my mom since I was a kid. He likes to get me in the car with him and talk to me about things like girls. And when we go to the store, he tells me to always stick by his side, because that way "No one can get you". I'm only 13 years old.

Yeah, I know. She is an idiot for being with him. He doesn't make enough money to pay bills or anything, she just lives off welfare checks. We even moved to a different state just to be near him so she could be with him.

Yeah, I have told my dad about it before, but he didn't believe me. He thinks my step dad is just nice to me. But he's creepy and perverted. I don't want to tell my dad again.

Maybe it'd be better if you told your mom first then your dad.
That way she'll hopefully try to get rid of him and won't let him near her or the kids.

I have tried to talk to my mom about how creepy he is before, but she always defends him. She said "He wouldn't do anything to you" after I had already told her how perverted he is.

But there's really no other choice, he creeps me out too much now. And when we went on vacation last month, my mom was like "Okay guys, let's go check out the beach!" so the four of us went down there. After a while, my stepdad got up and started to walk towards some girls that were walking by. He looked at me and whispered "Do you think they would like me?" I just shook my head.
