was when my mom was crying and he came in to talk to her. she had a horrible stomach virus and had been throwing up, so she was upset about it. so when my dad asked what she was doing, she said "nothing" because she didn't want him to see that she was sick (weird, huh? but ok). so then my dad cussed at her for lying.
it was probably the most serious thing he ever cussed at me for.
