1. Get an atomic bomb.
2. Get a nuclear power plant.
3. Explode the atomic bomb in the nuclear power plant.
4. Laugh as you watch the earth explode.
5. Get your stuff and move to Mars, or Titan.

That would take so much energy, even if you did it on Titan, I still don't think that it would explode

You'd get the energy from the atomic bomb, the nuclear power plant provides the rest.

Yea but then when the explosion hits the atmosphere, it will be blocked off by all of the oxygen. The explosion needs something to be pushing against, like if the atomic bomb exploded in space, there wouldn't be anything for it to push against

The atmosphere is not what causes the explosion. The atom itself is what makes the explosion, and the power plant adds to it.

But how could the atom make an explosion? Because all atoms are made up of a nucleus with electrons surrounding them

The nucleus contains neutrons as well, and they're unstable.

Neutrons and protons are the smallest part of the nucleus, so they're smaller than atoms.

I know that neutrons and protons are the smallest particles of an atom but I don't see where you got that from
