On the news, they were talking about the "Naked Cowboy" and that he was arrested for indecent exposure.
They played a clip of him doing his "cowboy dance" and some woman comes up to him and starts dancing with him. She's wearing jeans and a shirt.
Then they show her being arrested because she was flashing too.
So why are they talking about this? That makes no sense...
