The forums were updated earlier today, and many users are unhappy with this change. Here's how you can go back to the old look:
1.) Press Control + Shift + N
2.) A new tab will open up
3.) Go to this URL: https://web.archive.org/web/20140630085040/https://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=126534585
4.) This is a link to an archived page from last year
5.) Click on "View Page Source"
6.) Find the line that says "Roblox.Web"
7.) Replace it with "roblox"
8.) Refresh the page and the layout should be back to normal
