She always has this attitude like I can't do anything without her. It's annoying because it's not true.
I want to move out, but I don't have the money for it. Also, if I moved out, she'd probably be annoyed that I left and stop talking to me.

She doesn't really care what I think about anything, and when I tried to explain why I was pissed off about her saying I can't do anything without her, she just started yelling at me.

That's the thing, though.
She says I can't do anything without her and that I don't know how to take care of myself even though I'm 19, so she wants to go everywhere with me and stuff.
If I say no, she'll start yelling at me.

I do have a job.
My problem is that she doesn't want to let me out of her sight, so if I'm going anywhere, she has to come with me.

Then just start ignoring her. If you want to go somewhere and she says "can i come?" Just say "no". If she keeps saying it, say "i said no, so stop asking!" then ignore her

Then just ignore her. If she yells at you, say "shut up" or "stop yelling". Just tell her that she has no right to do this and that if she continues, then you're going to call the cops
