What, you think they won't arrest you?
If you ask your friends for one, and they go in and take pictures, they're breaking the law. You can get arrested for asking them to do so.

They're not going to get arrested for taking pictures in a locker room, but they can get arrested for trespassing.
You're the one who said the police will come for him if he doesn't give you what you want. Either way, you'll both end up getting suspended/arrested.
