Well, I don't know.
My brother has a Ford Fusion that he can't drive anymore because his license got suspended for a while. Maybe he wants to sell it to you if it's in good condition.
He just needs to get the money first though, which might not be until next year.

Yeah, ask him when you are getting a car. He'll probably say something like "You'll probably need your license before you get one." or something like that.
