It was some random ad in the background that I clicked on accidentally. I tried to close it but it just wouldn't close so I shut down my computer and removed all my USB drives. Then I searched for the virus on Google and found out it's a very common virus called "ransomware" where if you click on the ad it locks your computer and says you have to pay a certain amount of money to get it unlocked.
I have no idea how I'm going to fix it, or if I can. Any help is appreciated.
