What would make more sense? I mean, the Hunger Games was only based on a book. It wasn't based off of something that is considered to be canon and lore-wise has some sort of established history.

Lord of the Rings has more interesting characters and themes, Harry Potter is just "boy finds out he's a wizard, goes to school and learns how to use magic"
