So many times I've been in a place and some idiot has said, "This game is terrible! There's no effort put into it!" Or something along those lines. That just makes me mad because that person obviously hasn't tried to make a game. Or maybe they have and failed, so they have no respect for anyone else's work.
Just because you can't script, doesn't mean you have to criticize other people's work. You probably don't know how much time went into making the place, or you probably don't even know what scripting is.
And also, if you really think the game is bad, why are you playing it? Go play something better, I'm sure there is one out there somewhere.

That's not what I mean though. What I mean is when someone says a place is bad but doesn't even try to make anything himself. Or he does and fails miserably, then he has no respect for others' work.
