and i would be playing in my room and then all of a sudden there'd be a knock at the door and it would be my dad, he would say "open up i have to tew you something" and i would go "nope" because i was only 3 and i didn't wanna learn anything new, and so i would hide under the bed and he would say "oh you are a clever one" and then he would leave me alone for awhile until it was time to eat lunch or dinner.

my dad would always give me candy when he came home from work in the middle of the day because he knew i'd be waiting for him, and then if i didn't like my dinner i'd get more candy.

yeah. it's kinda weird how every time he leaves for work he puts his wallet on a specific chair and when he comes home he puts it back there.
