They are the most un-tolerant group of people I've ever seen, and they think they're all righteous and stuff.
I am not religious, but even I know how bad those people can be
If you want to be an edgy teenager, don't go for the stereotypical atheism crap. Go for something else.
And no, this is not me being a "Christian hater". I just dislike how these people act

They make it seem like non-Christians are the only bad people on earth.

Most Christians aren't bad. And I'm actually one of them.
You just need to find the right kind of Christian.

That's true. Most are decent people.
But unfortunately, those who aren't decent are extremely vocal and annoying about it.

It's because people see christians as judgemental and rude.
Which i agree with tbh, so i see why they hate us.

i have no problem with christians but it's the ones that tell you that you're going to hell if you're not christian that make me hate them.
i am very tolerant about different religions, but if someone insults my beliefs then they can expect a big fight.
and before you start calling me a "jesus freak" that's not true.

@Jason
I agree with you. I was brought up by a Christian family, so I got to know how they think
Those who aren't good Christians make themselves look bad.

The thing is, Christianity isn't bad either. It's all the negative things people associate it with, or assume it to be, that is bad.

Yeah, I mean, when someone tells you God is love and God is compassion, it's hard to understand how God can be the same power that sent someone to Hell for something they didn't even do on purpose.

And that's why some people just flat out call it bad. Because even though the actual teachings are good, so many things associated with it (whether they're wrong or not) are the opposite of that.

That's what I've always thought too. People see it as hypocritical

It's not hypocritical, it is true. We shouldn't have to send people to hell, we're all broken, we were created in God's image, but we fell short. And he died so we wouldn't have to go there.
So many people get angry and bitter because of their guilt for something they did, but Jesus paid the price. It's not like sin was just going away because Christ died, we had to be forgiven and accept him into our hearts. That is what separates those that don't want to go to hell from those who don't really care. You know, like the Pharisees, who believed they were going to heaven, but Jesus says "You have the mark of a man who will go to hell."

I think most Christians know this, but still, they feel guilty about their sins and sometimes get bitter and angry because they aren't getting what they deserve. They think they should pay somehow for the sins they've committed, but the truth is, Christ already paid the price. But, if you feel guilty about something you did, pray and ask Christ to forgive you. He'll do it. And then you won't be as mad or bitter.
