it's so bad that it doesn't even reach the first floor, the signal is so low you can only get about 5% of the internet

Well, we are allowed to use our phones for school purposes, which means that if we are using them for other reasons we are basically cheating.

Then that's why you shouldn't use your phone. You should probably tell the principle or some staff member to fix the WiFi.
