i was just watching some videos and then i saw this one guy say "hi u ok"
and i was like "ok?"
so my question is:
do people actually use the phrase "hi, u ok" in real life?

I think he meant if you were okay with hi, not if you were physically okay.

No.
He wasn't saying, "Hi, I'm fine."
He was asking if you were okay.
