i moved my entire room by myself with no help whatsoever last year.
the only reason i did that was because the wall i was supposed to put the bed against was not there anymore, which caused me to lose a lot of room in my room.
so i had no choice but to move the entire thing (desk, drawers, bed frame, mattress, etc.) by myself.

you're lucky.
my room was right next to my bathroom, and the door was taken out because we needed space for other stuff. so when i got to where i was moving the bed to, i couldn't get through the door because it was open.
