I was eating lunch at my desk when I heard a crash in the hallway. When I walked out there, one of the office chairs had fallen over and the guy who sits in that chair is now lying on his side, curled up in a ball, holding his back, screaming "OH MY BACK MY BACK" at the top of his lungs. I guess he might not be able to sit down for a while.

The guy was still in the same position as before. He was lying on his side with his legs crossed and his arms wrapped around his back. And he was still holding his back and screaming "OH MY BACK MY BACK".

I went over there to help him up. He tried standing up but fell right back down. When I asked him if I could help him get up he just screamed "NO NO NO". So I left him alone in his misery.

I went into our office's kitchen to grab a drink. The guy who was lying on the floor followed me into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge. Then he walked out of the kitchen and back into the hallway where I first saw him. The look on his face was so sad that it made me feel really bad for him. It looked like he knew he was going to be in pain for a while.

Later on, the guy who got hurt came back into the office with two people helping him walk. They helped him sit back down in his chair. He was still holding his back and screaming "OH MY BACK MY BACK". When they let go of his arms, he leaned forward and put his head in his hands. And then he just started crying.
